Kids are naturally equipped with glimpses of grandeur and novel ideas. These youthful grandeurs can materialize and their ideas are achievable when armed with resources to realize their visions. We believe that leadership ought to possess heart. It takes heart to recognize inequalities and it takes an extraordinary leader to evoke meaningful change.
The CEO Foundation is committed to supporting educational initiatives and community programs for today’s youth, who will become tomorrow’s leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Our mission is to give children opportunities to realize their potential, enabling them to thrive in a constantly changing world and to make it a better place for future generations. We envision a future where every child has the opportunity to unlock their leadership potential, embrace their inner CEO, and make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond. We aim to achieve this by partnering with other nonprofits and local organizations to further education and arts, emphasize the importance of health and wellness, and promote positive environmental and social impact.

About the Foundation
From Tragedy to Purpose
When her three children and her mother perished during the catastrophic Texas Winter Storm Uri in 2021, Jackie Pham was left with a broken heart and unfulfilled dreams. Jackie has since poured those hopes and dreams into the CEO Foundation.
At our core, we are simply trying to make the world a better place through the hearts and minds of today’s youth. We believe that children are the future of our communities, and we are dedicated to giving them the resources they need to thrive in the most formative years of their lives.
